Testimonials

Hear from our satisfied clients

Olson team, just a quick note to say that you have been knocking it out of the park. Exceeding our expectations is an understatement, and it’s a pleasure to work with such wonderful communicators and planners like yourselves. I know this has not been your run-of-the-mill recruiting project so thank you again for the extra support and partnership.

Global Marketing

Pharmaceutical Company

Olson is differentiating from other US agencies with pro-activeness of the Project Manager, responsiveness and making suggestions for any issues. I have to say it has been quite a novel experience to work with such a strong US agency.

Research Manager

Healthcare Market Research and Consulting Agency

Every team member I dealt with was extremely professional. I was very appreciative that our project manager was very responsive and offered to send us data files over the weekend to make sure we got what we needed to meet our client’s timeline. This kind of commitment I haven’t seen with other survey programming/fielding partners I’ve worked with before.

Consultant

Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Consulting Firm

Everything went very smoothly, especially in light of the challenges this project was faced with. Our project manager was extremely responsive and proactive. I was really impressed that given how difficult the quotas were, we finished recruitment within the original timeframe.

Research Associate

Pharmaceutical Marketing Research Consulting Firm

The PM WAS FANTASTIC to work with on this project!! She was extremely responsive, buttoned-up, flexible and detailed. She made my job on this project a lot easier and unfortunately I cannot say that about most of the project managers I have worked with in the past. She is great at her job and I look forward to working with her again! Also, not only was your team able to fill this recruit, they filled it with a tight timeline and the respondents were great. The quality of the respondents were much better than most of the recruits we get when working with other vendors AND they all showed-up!

Director, Project Management

Strategic Marketing Research Agency

The project manager did an exceptional job with a challenging recruit that required close management of the client’s target list. The Project Manager paid very close attention to the many details involved and was proactive with suggestions to keep recruitment moving along. Always a pleasure to work with the Olson team!

Consultant

Pharmaceutical Marketing Research

Our Project Manager was very on top of things. She helped a great deal with sending calendar updates and being able to quickly adjust to our needs. She truly did a great job and is one of the best contacts I have worked with any of our vendors.

Business Associate

Global Sales and Marketing Consulting Firm

This project was executed perfectly by Olson from start to finish. Our PM was absolutely amazing in getting recruits scheduled and exceptional at communicating and taking the initiative to check in periodically. It was by far the easiest and smoothest project we've done. I wish all projects could be this great!

Consultant

Global Consulting Company

Olson Research Group handled every aspect of the market research project from start to finish in a very professional, smooth, and timely manner. They served not only as a market research agency but as a partner and truly helped us to understand the market and customer needs. We look forward to a continued partnership with the Olson Group!

Assistant Director

Medical Device Company

Thank you for going above and beyond (i.e., expanding to off-list late on a Friday afternoon, hitting 40% more completes than estimated, working tirelessly to send reminder follow-ups to prospects.) You have been an excellent partner throughout this project and we’re quite grateful to be working with you on this.

Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant

Global Healthcare Consultancy Firm

On behalf of our team, I’d just like to say that we were very impressed throughout this project with your service, rapid turnaround time, and high quality of work. We understand that this was a very ambitious project to complete on our accelerated timeframe and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you for your excellent work and for being extremely adaptable to make this project a success. We look forward to working with you again on future projects.

Consultant

Strategic Life Sciences Consulting Firm

The client services team was extremely helpful with advice we used to design the sample and screening questions, even during the bidding phase. Our project manager was very accommodating with the scheduling issues we faced (short turnaround, night / weekend availability) and chasing down worksheets we needed ahead of the interviews. She went above and beyond! The project manager on this research was also very helpful and I could not have gotten the project through to the deadline without her willingness to jump in and help at off-hours.

Consultant

Pharmaceutical Marketing Research

Your team has done a stupendous job on this study in working with us to meet a very tight timeline. The team at Olson has gone above and beyond what would be normally required by programming a double shift on the weekend as well as ensuring excellent quality in the link. This has resulted in the programming timeline being reduced considerably- which is especially valuable as this is a very important study for us and for our clients as they prepare to launch their product and we truly appreciate the partnership.

Business Consulting Manager

Global Management Consulting Firm

Our work with Olson Research Group, Inc. has been nothing but positive. Their team is highly professional. They know their markets and have the correct contacts/KOLs to ascertain market trends, future direction and market needs. Working with them has helped support key business initiatives for our team.

Product Director

My PM was an absolute rock star on this project! I always felt like she was giving 100% and was very communicative throughout, including suggesting ways to improve the recruit/calling out screenouts etc.
